We've often spoken on our social media pages about how lucky we are at HMVC, to be able to call Ormskirk Street United Reformed Church our home venue. Last month we were able to give something back, as the church has recently been celebrating the 50th anniversary of the occupation of the current building, and our HMVC Shanty Choir took part in their celebrations yesterday! The Shanties performed 6 songs from their repertoire, which were very well received by the churchgoers!

We wish the URC all the best in the rest of their celebrations, and here's to another 50 years of their wonderful building!
The Shanty Choir, led by 2nd tenor Rich Abley, have become an important part of HMVC over the past couple of years, and we hope to feature more about them on this page very soon!
